Caer Cadarn is first and foremost a Gorean community. We work together as a team, for the better of the whole village. Free or slave, we all work together, to bring out the best that we have to offer. Because we work together, we view our community as our home, and those within it our family. One of the unique things about Caer Cadarn is that we genuinely enjoy one another's company and whether it is a monthly fishing contest, morning brunch at the Black Tarn Inn, or tavern nights, work hard and party harder together.

Not just the slaves work at Caer Cadarn, again embracing the community mentality, all roles, free or slave are welcome, and everyone is afforded the opportunity to be as active as they wish to be, to have a voice, and to be utilized for the individual skills that we all bring to the table.
